When you're feeling disconnected — from your body, your voice, your creativity, your sense of purpose, or the people you’ve lost — this session offers a space to return to yourself.

It’s especially supportive for those carrying:

       * emotional overwhelm or anxiety

       *creative blocks or lack of inspiration

       *difficulty expressing truth or needs, or feeling unheard

       *grief that you are holding onto or unable to release

       *low confidence, self-doubt

       *a sense of feeling lost or not connected to your purpose

       *a disconnection from your inner knowing or intuition

Each session gently supports the energy centres (chakras) most in need — using hands-on energy balancing and sound frequencies attuned to the body.

You’ll be held in sound, stillness, and energetic support — guided back to your centre.

- Duration: 1 hour - Introductory Session Price: $80 (cash only).
