Begin with a few drops of our essential oil blends in a crystal diffuser, allowing the scent to gently shift your space and your mood. Light a hand-poured soy candle or a smudge stick to symbolically clear stagnant energy and welcome in clarity. Add a handful of  bath salts to warm water and let the day melt away as your body is held in stillness. These rituals are more than self-care — they’re a return to self.
